About the paperAbstract
One of the major applications of VLBI observations is the prompt determination of the Universal Time for the GLONASS system. VLBI is the only technique that provides highly accurate absolute determination of the Universal Time. The e-VLBI mode was implemented for intensive determination of the Universal Time for the first time in Russia at the IAA. This technology includes an automated cycle consisting of observations on the VLBI network of three telescopes, data transmission to the data center for correlation analysis, primary and secondary data processing and the calculation of the Universal Time.
