Abstract

Exchange of observational data is a traditional task for the Centers of data processing and analysis. Requirements to automatic facilities responsible for collecting and publishing data include ensuring their reliability, manageability and flexibility (such as an opportunity to work with both old and new resources and with various ways of data reception and transmission). This paper considers the achievement of the required standards using the management database, information, methods of creation and use of these data. An important factor in increasing the reliability and transparency of the solution is to use a high-level data manipulation language SQL RDBMS.
