Comparison of remote time and frequency standards are fulfilled by means of VLBI and other techniques over a period of several years in the Institute of Applied Astronomy. Comparison of standards CH1-80M and VCH1-1003M of modernized VLBI network "Quasar" was fulfilled by VLBI. Comparison errors of frequency were estimated at about 110 for diurnal sessions and about 210 for hour sessions. Comparison of time obtained by menas of VLBI with time obtained by Precise Point Positioning (PPP) using GNSS receivers was performed. Results obtained with these alternative techniques differ from each other by less than 210
