Abstract
The description of the upgraded radiometers, designed for measuring the brightness temperature of the atmosphere at frequencies 20.3 GHz and 31.5 GHz is presented. Schemes of remote monitoring and control of the radiometers, providing work set in automatic mode on long period time intervals were developed on modern element base. The upgraded thermal control system of the microwave radiometer blocks allowed to get the gain stability of about 6 · 10^-4 on time scales of few days and 2 · 10^-4 on an hour time scales
