Abstract
Hardware/software automated receiver control system is a system with distributed means. It allows to control all receivers and concerned devises from radio telescope central computer. Software modules provide carrying out radiometric observations, system noise temperature and sinsitivity measurements, diagnistics and monitoring in fully-automatic mode. In order to measure "quality" of a radio signal new parameter introduced. This parameter called Instability factor. It shows a RMSD of unprocessed signal to RMSD of processed signal ratio, where processing is removing linear trends which doesn't affect on signal recorded.
