About the paper Full textAbstract
The Numbered Minor Planets Catalogue which was posted on the IAA RAS website is a Russian-language source of information on minor planets dynamics based primarily on the original research and software of the IAA RAS. Observational data on the small bodies are read from the Minor Planets Center website and are used to improve the orbits of the small bodies and predict their motion around the Sun within the next twenty years. When assigning a number or a name to a minor planet, on the website of IAA RAS there appears information about the history of the discovery and naming the minor planet, the orbital parameters and its visualization, the circumstances of the encounters with perturbing planets included into the dynamics model, as well as other useful information. To store and extract information files of various types (.html, .png, .txt) an S3 compatible object storage, built on the basis of Ceph software is used.
