The paper presents the results of processing the transponder signal of the Chang'E-3 (CE-3) spacecraft received by the RT-32 radio telescopes of the the“Quasar” VLBI network. The features of observations scheduling and data processing of CE-3 signal are considered. High-precision phase radar measurements of the CE-3 landing module were obtained with an instrumental error of 1–2 mm The deviation of residuals in model calculations does not exceed ± 2 cm.
