The paper describes the main software and hardware features of the software correlators designed and developed in the IAA RAS from 2012 to 2016. It shows the results of the most recent metrological tests and UT1 determinations. Our current efforts to develop the correlators are focused on processing the GLONASS spacecraft signals and the circle- and linear-polarized signals from the receivers which have been developed in the IAA RAS. Also, a number of preliminary tests to process the VLBI data have been made using a simulated mobile telescope. Results are given in the paper.
