The article includes the “Antirosa” technical proposal to improve the efficiency of the “Sazhen TM” SLR system, which is developed in the “Svetloe” observatory of the Institute of Applied Astronomy. It shows an increase of SLR normal points after putting into operation the “Antirosa” system in 2013
