Keywords: Chelyabinsk meteor, impact of bodies with the Earth, asteroid, comet, the Earth atmosphere
About the paperAbstract
Authors developed the dynamic model that allows you to study the motion of asteroids and comets in the Earth's atmosphere, to determine the region of their probable falling, to calculate the energy emitted as a result of falling, to estimate major factors of damage, and also to determine the parameters of the heliocentric orbit, before their entry into the Earth's atmosphere. The developed model was implemented in software. Using this software the motion of Chelyabinsk meteor was simulated. The study of evolution of its orbit before the collision with the Earth was carried out.
