As the Planetary Defense System against dangerous celestial bodies is not created yet, it is necessary to consider how to minimize damage from possible collisions with them. Special attention should be paid to collisions with rather small bodies, of size from tens (Tunguska type) to hundreds of meters. The risk of collisions with such objects is especially high
