The subject of the workshops
The 2nd Russian-Chinese "IAA-RAS & NAOC-CAS Collaborating Researches & Workshops" provides a platform for discussion of joint research in the field of astrometry, space geodesy, astrophysics and radio astronomical instrumentation.
Topics to be discussed:
- Development of radio astronomical equipment;
- Observation and processing of signals from the CE-3 lunar landing module;
- refinement of EPM lunar ephemeris based on CE-3 observations;
- Radar observations of the Moon and near-Earth objects;
- Astrophysical VLBI observations of active galaxy nuclei, pulsars, etc.
- Astrometric VLBI quasar observation astrometry to determine the Earth's rotation parameters;
- Experience exchange, practical training.
