General relativistic description of Earth's rotation in different reference systems

About the paperAbstract
Relativistic four-dimensional transformations between barycentric, geocentric and topocentric reference systems result in different kinematical corrections to the rigid-body rotation of the Earth viewed in these systems. These corrections are of importance for treating kinematics problems in various coordinate systems and for obtaining physically meaningful solutions of the dynamical equations of rotation in the barycentric reference system.
