About the paperAbstract
A radiometric system for measuring atmospheric absorption in the millimeter wavelength range (2 mm and 3 mm) is described. The set consists of two solid-state modulation radiometers of the 84-99 GHz and 132-148 GHz bands. Radiometers are mounted on a block of positioner, which includes rotating flat mirror and its actuator. The automated control system, data collection and processing allow to manage complex in real-time regime and carry out long-term observations in fully automatic mode.
