About the paperAbstract
The opportunity to construct the new generation meter wavelengths radiotelescope that would be worse in angular resolution comparing to some of modern systems like LOFAR and GMRT, but will have an advantage in front of these tools when we have deal with a number specific astrophysical problems is considered. The basic advantage of a new radiotelescope could be very wide field of view that would allow to carry out regular monitoring of cosmic radio emission variations, including registration even such short bursts of radio emission as an individual giant pulses of pulsars at millisecond time scale. Such radiotelescope would be indispensible tool for some applied tasks. The enormous progress in the computer and information technologies achieved for the last years makes the construction of such new generation radiotelescope quite real already in the near future
