About the paperAbstract
Using receiving geodetic equipment depends on its metrological support. In order to certify the equipment it is necessary to achieve the required accuracy, validity and integrity. Requirements to structure and accuracy of the initial astronomical, geodetic and gravimetric data used for validation are defined by problems to be solved with the equipment. Measurement errors and equipment velocity are to be valuated on the special testing area. Calibration facilities for measuring velocity vector of a moving vehicle should have observational errors better than those which can be allowed in the direction.
