Abstract

Design principles of a new generation BSU for "Glonass-K" are discussed. Technical treatments which develop a board time-frequency comparator and results of frequency measurements on board the spacecraft "Glonass-M" are presented. System configuration for radio monitoring frequency of BSU against terrestrial frequency standard is proposed.
