Abstract

The paper discusses the possibility of constructing a passive multistatic radar for earth observation by using GNSS signals; the results of ground and flight experiments on receiving earth surface reflected GNSS signals, as well as the results of joint processing of the earth surface reflected signal and the direct signal.
