Abstract

The estimation and control operation capability of the tactical requirements for GLONASS is presented here. It uses the control characteristic systems and is created within the framework of the federal program "The Global Navigation Satellite system". The technology of evaluating the control characteristics and preliminary results of the tactical requirements performance tor GLONASS with the help of the target characteristic control system are presented as well.
