Abstract

The article describes the current status of the GLONASS system and its main structural elements - the orbital segment and the ground control complex, the history of the GLONASS ballistics and ephemeris support, main trends for its future development in order to ensure the required by its customers precision of navigation. It gives the main methodological aspects of the ballistic and ephemeris support technology, which is based on the processing of code and phase pseudo ranging measurements
