About the paperAbstract
We describe milestones in the process of creating the Earth's rotation parameters determination system, and the work undertaken as a part of its modernization. The structure of the upgraded system and tasks of its parts are shown on the basis of the work performed. The scheme of informational and logical interaction of the system elements for users is proposed. The list of activities for improving the system of determining the parameters of the Earth's rotation is given.
