The current status of the high-precision determination system of GLONASS ephemerides and time corrections is described. This system is developed in order to ensure the accuracy of solving the problems of consumers' efficiency both in an operational and a posterior modes. The basic operational principles are given for the high-precision determination of ephemerides and time corrections.
