In Institute of Applied Astronomy the research on external broadband radiation of a signal of phase calibration is conducted. Some prototypes of broadband feeds for a frequencies band 2-14 GHz are made. A few experiments are carried out at the Svetloe observatory of the QUASAR VLBI network, the received results are considered
