Abstract

In observatories IAA the Russian Academies of Sciences are realised the hardware and program structures providing monitoring of parametres of hydrogen standards in real time. Remote access to measuring installations is carried out through special hardware-software devices of coding - VPN-clients which provide protection functions, translation and coding of commands of management and the data reflecting a condition of standards of time and frequency and do not occupy resources of the operating computer.
