Abstract
Target program of the ISSO [1] is focused on performance of the longlive basic researches in two directions of astronomy caused as by the brightness of the objects of research (the Sun the planets and stars), and by requirement to the qualitative deepening of the knowledge of the objects nature and understanding of mechanisms of their influence on the life of the Earth. The two-channel star tracker [2] designed to reach the accuracy 0.01 and working on a method of "alignment" has been offered for the high-precision autonavigation in distant space and for the control of working orbits. The astrometric astrograph is developed for performance of a star and planetary part of the scientific program [3, 4]. The complete set of devices also is developed for the basic researches in frames of the Sun physics and solarterrestrial relations problems.
