Abstract
Procedures and results for estimating the accuracy of GLONASS timing data transmitting are presented. The obtained results indicate the possibility of determination of user's time offset relative to GLONASS time with the accuracy less than 50 ns and relative to UTC (SU) with the accuracy less than 100 ns. During future GLONASS improvement it is planned to maintain the GLONASS time offset relative to UTC (SU) within 100 ns. It will enable users to determine their time offset relative to UTC (SU) with the accuracy less than 150 ns without using corrections for GLONASS time
