Abstract
Accuracy of geodetic and astrometric VLBI observations is determined by accuracy of measurement of a phase difference or delays of signal received from a radio source on various radiotelescopes. Therefore, VLBI systems used for geodetic applications have to be either extremely phase and delay stable or be accurately calibrated. For these purposes phase calibration system with millimeter level precision are used for "Quasar" network. The calibration system provides the control, over millimetric accuracy, phase stability of VLBI receiving system and a group delay of receiving signal.
