Abstract

The paper deals with the basic results of reforming of "The Astronomical yearbook". They are concerned as theoretical bases of ephemeris calculations (IAU recommendations, transition to EPM2004), and computing base (transition to system BookA and ERA) and technology of preparation of ephemerides for printing. The general structure of astronomical user electronic system "Personal astronomical yearbook" (PersAY) is described
