Abstract
The current status of geodynamical service of GNSS GLONASS is presented. The systems determining Earth orientation parameters (EOP) in the Center of High-Accuracy Positioning and Timing Service and in the GLONASS Control Center are described in details. Current estimation shows that to obtain one of the Earth orientation parameters correction to the Universal time with the accuracy required to the objectives of GLONASS system is impossible without taking into account additional observational data. It is shown that the unique possibility to achieve the accuracy is to use VLBI observations obtained within the Russian VLBI network
