Abstract

The results of upgrading microwave downconverter units and local oscillators are considered. The modernization of 13, 6 and 3.5 cm wavelengths downconverter units have been performed by using crossbred microassemblies. As a result the dimensions and weight of equipments were essentially reduced. Reliability and basic features downconverter units have been improved
