About the paper Full textAbstract
The paper considers the features of the monitoring time broadcast provided by Global Navigation Satellite Systems operated by various organizations. The monitoring results of system time scale and Universal Time Coordinated UTC broadcast through GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou in 2023–2024 are presented. The results were obtained on the basis of data from the Time Department of the International Bureau of Weights and Measures, the Main Metrological Center of the State Time Service, Frequency and determination of the parameters of the Earth's rotation and processing of measurements of time receiver at the point of the State Time Service, Frequency and determination of the Earth's rotation parameters in Novosibirsk. The results obtained show the following: — For GPS, the errors in the system time scale and UTC broadcast to users in 2023–2024 were within ±5 ns; — For GLONASS, systematic errors in the system time scale and UTC broadcast persisted in 2023, with values of the systematic errors ranging from 35 to 50 ns. After corrections implemented at the beginning of 2024, the errors of the system time scale and UTC broadcast to users were reduced to within ±10 ns; — For Galileo, errors in the system time scale and UTC broadcast to users in 2023–2024 mostly remained within ±5 ns, except for some intervals where the accuracy of system time scale generation decreased; — For BeiDou, the errors in the system time scale and UTC broadcast to users during 2023–2024 were within ±10 ns.
