Abstract

The GLONASS (Global Navigation Satellite System) has summarised the results of problem solving in its fundamental segment according to the Federal Target Program "Maintenance, Development and Use of the GLONASS System from 2012 to 2020". The new planning period list of goals for the GLONASS fundamental segment is worked out and formulated until 2030. The new requirements have been set forth by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to be met by the fundamental segment of the GNSS GLONASS before 2030.
