Abstract

The article presents the comparative analysis of simulation and experiment results of the time scales compared by the two-way satellite time and frequency transfer method (TWSTFT), with retransmission via a dynamic repeater based on the GLONASS satellite. We have made additional radial velocity measurements to take into account the GLONASS satellite motion. The simulation results allow us to justify the requirements for the radial velocity measurement channels in case of high precision time scale comparison by the two-way method using the GLONASS satellites.
