Abstract

This article presents the purpose, main characteristics, composition, operating principles and development opportunities of the modernised State System of the Unified Time and Reference Frequencies «The Goal» for the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. The system has been developed by the JSC «Russian Institute of Radio Navigation and Time».
