We propose a way to increase stability of the solutions in cases of ill-posed problems when a spacecraft’s motion parameters are determined at different stages of its flight. Our concept is based on the preconditioned conjugate gradient method and uses the parametric approach. An example of the process to determine the motion parameters is made for a space vehicle launched to the orbit. It shows a possibility to provide the required accuracy characteristics in conditions of incomplete implementation of the planned orbit control scheme and in the conditions of the standard orbit control scheme on a short measuring base
