VNIIFTRI plays the roles of the Main metrological center (MMC) of the State Service of Time, Frequency and EOP Evaluation (SSTF); the analysis center (AC) of SSTF; and the data collection and preliminary processing center for all measurement data from the Rosstandart’s network. The methods and facilities used by the MMC SSTF are considered in this paper.
