About the paper

Abstract

A new realization of the terrestrial coordinate system PZ-90 (version PZ-90.11) was implemented in the GLONASS broadcast on January 1, 2014. Transformation parameters between onboard realization of PZ-90.11 and ITRF coordinate systems are determined from comparison of broadcast data with precise orbits. Longterm series of daily determinations of these parameters have been analyzed. The analysis allows us to reveal some features of PZ-90.11 realization in onboard ephemerides. Transition to this system has brought the reduction in dispersion of average daily values of all the parameters except for a shift along the Z-axis. It is presumed that considerable long-period variations of this parameter are caused by inaccuracy in the solar radiation pressure model used when calculating the onboard ephemerides.
