About the paper

Abstract

A real-time algorithm METS (VCH) is proposed for generating the time scale of the atomic clock ensemble. The new algorithm examines frequency fluctuations of the atomic clocks on several measurement intervals. A considerable decrease of the time scale instability is shown by means of numerical simulation. The METS (VCH) algorithm is compared with the optimal Kalman based algorithm. The results of real-time calculation of the atomic timescale based on real measurements in the group of hydrogen masers are presented
