Abstract

Data Storage System was organized in IAA RAS in 2013 due to the significant increase in the volume of data that comes to Processing Center. In addition to its basic function (VLBI data storage), the storage system allowed to realize backup of IAA virtual machines infrastructure [2]. The storage system is connected to two correlators by fiber optic communication lines which provide maximum data rate. In 2014 the amount of storage was increased more than twice and made it possible to save a large amount of data for post processing.
