About the paperAbstract
A trivial change of variables enables one to simplify the practical developing of the Earth's rotation theory in the framework of the general planetary theory avoiding the non-physical secular terms and involving the separation of the short-period and long-period terms both for planetary-lunar motion and Earth's rotation. This note represents a posteriori remark to our paper [2] to improve the practical efficiency of the normalization of the Earth's rotation equations.
