Abstract

This paper reports on development of the quantum hydrogen time and frequency standarts of a new generation: an Active Hydrogen Maser CH1-90 and Passive Hydrogen Maser CH1-91. Block diagrams and design features are described, Technical characteristics are given, the experimental results of frequency instability study are presented. The unique metrological characteristics of the hydrogen masers have been obtained: frequency instability per one day (Allan deviation) is 3×10^-16 и 2.5×10^-15 for the CH1-90 and CH1-91, respectively, which will allow to meet the requirements of the State reference base in respect of precision time and frequency.
