A current status and development of the geodetic support for GLONASS are considered. The aims and objectives of the geodetic support for GLONASS are described. A draft Strategy of Geodetic Support for GLONASS is supposed to be worked out as a part of the scientific-and-research work Development. It can become a basis for the geodetic support of the navigation in the Russian Federation
