The Results and Prospects of the PZ-90 Development for a Higher Precision of the GLONASS Geodetic Service

Transactions of IAA RAS, issue 35, 11–16 (2015)

Keywords: terrestrial reference frame, geodetic parameter system, PZ-90, geodetic support, global navigation satellite system, GLONASS

Abstract

The implementation and upgrading results of the “Earth Parameters” (PZ-90.11) geodetic parameter system are presented. The opportunities to improve the precision of this system are outlined with the purpose to meet the performance indicators of the Federal Target Program “Maintaining, Developing and Using the GLONASS in the period from 2012 to 2020”
