Аннотация
Описывается общая концепция и особенности реализации 32-разрядной версии системы таблично-ориентированного программирования. Система предназначена для решения задач, связанных с хранением и обработкой астрономической информации. В текущей версии системы имеется возможность интеграции средств баз данных и пакетов прикладных программ вне зависимости от исходных средств разработки. The urgent necessity of reforming the EMP and substance of planning changes in the volume for 2001 are discussed. It is supposed to facilitate the employment of EMP owing to more widespread use of its computer version. With this aim the printed version of EMP is freed of some functions which can be fulfilled more advantageously with the help of computer. On the other hand the computer version is provided with capacity to do such works which can not be fulfilled when using printed version (to attain the precision of computations comparable well with that of observed topocentric positions, possibility of analyzing the computed ephemeris data, selection of tabular data according to imposed condition or combination of conditions, the variability of possible coordinate systems etc). It is supposed to distribute the computer version together with the printed one. The computer version has been designed in the capacity of the Win32 application.
