Keywords: radio telescope registering and receiving system, phase calibration, electrical length of cables

About the paper

Abstract

This paper presents the method of definition of phase delay in cable. This method allows us to exclude measurement system signals in output signal spectrum. Institute of Applied Astronomy is developing the concept of new electronic scheme which can measure electrical length of cables using this method. An electronic scheme and first results are shown in this paper.
