Abstract

Development trends of terrestrial civilization testify that information encoding methods typical of human brain will be accessible in the foreseeable future. This implies that development of a uniform network of people's mind (brain-net) will be possible. Besides, new methods of genome manipulation will probably allow us to perform eugenic procedures that will provide the possibility of increasing human intelligence to the genius level
