Abstract

Multi-channel digital system designed for temperature control of three independent microwave unit capable less of 10 millikelvins stability is presented. Resistors, transistors and thermoelectric Peltier microcoolers as heating elements can be used with this system. The specialized software to configure the control algorithm and a function of sensors temperature registration in the data file are special features of this system
