Abstract
In difficult conditions of functioning of satellite radio navigating systems for increase of reliability of service of consumers expediently use of functional additions of satellite radio navigating systems. The technique of an estimation of reliability of service of consumers is necessary for correct distribution of expenses to the equipment of functional additions, as one of characteristics of quality of functioning of the system including satellite radio navigating systems and their functional additions. In work the analytical technique for an estimation of the basic characteristics of reliability of service of consumers is received by satellite radio navigating systems
