Abstract

Mobile gravimeter "Chekan-AM" developed and serially produced by the Central Scientific and Research Institute is considered. Experience of usage of Mobile gravimeter in the field of marine gravimetry proves that its performance and reliability in service are at the high world level. Results of the aerogeophysical surveys that show availability of its usage for gravity research of the inaccessible regions, particularly Arctic shelf, are given.
