Abstract

In article the space mission "Svecha" is considered. Basic problems of the mission are: creation of the astrometrical and the photometrical catalogue containing about one billion of stars with average errors of positions in the order of 50 as and average errors of multi-colour photometry in a spectral range from 0.2 to 4 micron about 0.003.. This catalogue will have direct binding to the ICRF objects in optical diapason. In addition, in experiment it is supposed to create catalogues of parallaxes of stars to 100 kpc, energy distributions in spectra of stars to 12m, radial velocity of all stars to 18m.
